The enrolment fee is non-refundable except in the following instances-
- 101 Education is required to cancel a course and no acceptable alternative course is available.
- 101 Education has incorrectly charged a customer.
- Where the course is unavailable for 5 days and no acceptable alternative course is available.
If you wish to request a full refund, you must apply to 101Education in writing outlining the details and reasons for your request. Otherwise, you are not eligible for consideration of a refund.
Applications for refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt. Students will be advised of the outcome in writing, outlining the decision and reasons for the decision along with any applicable refund or adjustment notice.
Should a full refund be granted, payment will be made to the nominated account of either the student or the persons who made payment.
